We are seeking a dynamic Property Manager for that is a high energy, experienced property management professional with a proven track record of lease up success.
The right candidates for this position will have:
- Minimum 3 years property management experience or management experience in a related field, at least 2 years in a supervisory role preferred.
- Preferred Certified Occupancy Specialist Certification or equivalent and experience, or ability to obtain certification.
- Demonstrated experience in marketing and leasing.
- Strong communication/management skills; including the ability to articulate problems/resolutions effectively with peers/supervisors.
- Analytical and problem solving skills at both a strategic/functional level.
- Ability to manage expenses within budget, and increase net operating income of their homes.
- Proficiency in MS Office/property management software.
- College degree preferred and High School Diploma/G.E.D required
- Possess/maintain valid in-state driver's license.
The job consists of 50% field work and 50% office work. Challenging position for an ultra capable candidate who is proficient in multitasking. We really need someone who is a assertive with a positive attitude. You will operate as an Independent Contractor and is commission, based off your performance.

Accountant and Bookkeeper
Temp to Perm
Successful, dynamic, entrepreneurial real estate development and property management company is seeking an Experienced Accountant. Must have Accounting experience for Commercial and Residential Properties. Small yet fast paced office provides a great learning environment. Successful applicant needs to have 5 years minimum experience in accounting. We need someone quickly that is proactive, a team player, and with a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities Include:
- Full Charge G/L, A/P, A/R & P/R ability
- Reconcile multiple bank accounts
- Provide general office support and document management
- Knowledge of Propertyware and QuickBooks knowledge preferred
- Answer customer calls in regards to their statement to Property Managers and assist as directed
- Fields vendor calls and information on payments
- Put together monthly and yearly financial reports
- Assist with special projects, reporting formats, research and follow up
- Organizing and maintaining files, including scanning and photocopying as necessary
- Transmissions of information (fax, email, overnight mail, messenger, US mail)
- Draft and maintain correspondence
- Perform additional miscellaneous assignments per executives' direction
- Special projects
Qualifications:
- College degree
- Computer literate in Windows, MS Office including Word, Excel (Need to know how to work with formulas), Power point, and Outlook
- Knowledge of Quickbook and Propertyware a plus
- Able to prioritize workload, multi task and support multiple team members
- Knowledge of general business and corporate procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential
- Self-starter, good communicator, professional, and organized
- At least 5 years experience in Accounting and bookkeeping skills a must
- Organized, detail/deadline-oriented, and team player attitude
